Hotel Dos Anjos is an excellent place! Rooms are always perfectly clean. The staff is careful and polite. They are always ready to give you any information about the city and very helpful. Breakfasts are tasty and fresh.

Very well located within easy walking distance of the City centre, or if you were feeling lazy or exhausted the Metro was a stone's throw away!
The a/c stopped during the night and the noise from the street was terrible most of the night with the window open. Recommend you ask for a room at the back of the Hotel.

The furnishings in the room were outdated and quite shabby, which didn't help with the overall atmosphere. I also encountered significant noise from outside. On my last night, I found a cockroach in my room, prompting some serious concerns about the level of cleanliness being maintained.

The check-in process was smooth. I appreciated the warm welcome and helpful tips about local spots from the staff. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the Intendente metro station and various eateries. My room, althoughvery comfy and tidy, had basic furnishings that felt outdated. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, which I loved. The breakfast options were very limited, leaving me wanting more after enjoying the fresh rolls. One major downside was the noise from the street. I struggled with noise from a nearby party one night, which disrupted my sleep. Communication about breakfast services was confusing. I was told it was included but later asked to pay. These issues.

Very good location, close to metro (Intendente) and Tram 28. Good Italian/Indian restaurant just up the hill from hotel. Easy walk into centre of Lisbon. Helpful reception staff.
Breakfast room was closed well before advertised time but was re-opened when I went to reception to query times.

Free private parking. Very close to center. Quite. Nice breakfast. Multicultural area.
One street close to the hotel, Rua dos Anjos, is not apropiated for walking because of the ambient, but save. The police is permanently there, and you can make the same walk through Av. Alm. Reis.

Had a really good time. Everything was perfectly fine and appreciated my stay there. My double room was updated with good shower. The room had a personal safe, central heating and an electronic key card plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The stuff I encountered where amicable and pleasant. Central location was a plus.

Proximity to shops etc. Room was nice and warm and very quiet which was welcome.
Very poor bar and breakfast. We have stayed before about five years ago and it was disappointing to see the deterioration in that area.

A simple hotel with great prices and a very helpful family running it. The rooms are simple and clean. No loud street noise even on Saturday nights. Breakfast was good.
The room had a slight smoky smell, despite being a non-smoking room.

Super clean service and great location
Hotel Anjos offers a great location. A quick stroll gets you to the Intendente metro station and various convenient eateries. The staff is genuinely helpful, sharing local tips without hesitation.
Check-in timings are strict, even if your room is ready. It's a bit frustrating having to wait, especially after a long journey.

Location is great! Just few minutes to the city center. And free parking is available. So if you travel by car this hotel is the best one for you! Breakfast is normal - cereals, tosts, jam e.t.c.
It seems that a district where this hotel is situated is a bit criminal...So you be carefull, almost at nights

Location was very good for getting into the old district ...was itself in an older area. 20 mins walk, possibly. Metro 50 meters down the street. We had bikes (Lisbon is not overly bike friendly but is rideable .. cobbles, narrow roads, tram lines, pot holes and not overly tolerant drivers. Hilly too, if that bothers you. Bike path along the river) Hotel was older but efficient and we found it clean and tidy. Free car parking was a bonus.
